If you label men who fancy younger women perverts, then what about the girls who fancy them, is there something wrong with them too?
Men in their 40's especially feel a lot younger around girls that age, and the girls enjoy being around someone who is more mature. Often it is a relationship of mutual benefit in this way.
If he doesn't want a relationship with you, but is sleeping with you and also wants to sleep with this other girl, then you need to cut loose, because you are only going to end up getting hurt. He definitely doesn't sound like he is ready to settle down yet. Let him have his fun, and you go find a man who wants to be with you and nobody else.

Perv? Difficult to say, but she's over the age of consent.
No normal bloke of his age that I know would turn down a quickie with a 19 year old, but there's no future in it. Too much of an age gap.
If he goes through with it how about finding a 19 year old stud yourself? There's many a young man out there looking for some seduction and education from an older woman.
Mathematically speaking, 19 goes into 42 more times than 42 goes into 19!
