there's nothing wrong withleaving it there, but personally i wish i was circumsized.
it adds to size slightly and it easier to clean.

If you meant does the foreskin prevent pregnancy? No, She can still get pregnant.
If you meant can you get a girl pregnant if your foreskin doesn't retract? Yes, Sperm can continue into her vagina and she can become pregnant.
