Technically, no - one doesn't *need* to come for the sex to be satisfactory and pleasurable. But orgasming for any partner during sex is still pretty damn important.
My advice would be to go down on her before having sex and give her a clitoral orgasm, it would make her feel more relaxed and in the mood and ready to have sex.
But that's just what I like. Ask your girl what turns her on and what she likes, and that should give you an idea of how to pleasure her.

In short, yes, ideally both partners should cum during sex but that's usually not realistic so... aim to make her cum as often as possible but make sure she enjoys it every time. Find out what she likes and foreplay is important. Practice :P

Ask her where she enjoys you touching and touch that area for a long time. You also need to ensure that you do not ejaculate quickly. You can do this by thinking of other things. The longer you stay the easier it will be for her to come. However, there are a few tense women who will never come no matter what.They dont have the wiring for it. If one missing out becomes a regular feature then there need to be some discusion, effort, or otherwise, put in to altering the situation to one of mutual satisfaction if both partied want the most out of the experience.
