i was on ortho cyclen which is the pill. i used to have horrible periods where i was bleeding really heavy! on my pills, i bled lighter and lighter. my periods usually lasted about 5-8 days but after a while, they got shorter and i also spotted! as long as you take pregnancy tests every once in a while then im sure you will be ok!

I doubt you are pregnant, those tests are very accurate and the pill is very effective. That both would fail is a pretty slim chance. If you start noticing other signs of pregnancy then you may want to get blood work. For now I wouldn't worry. Supposedly the "period" you experience on the pill isn't actually a period/menstrual thing anyways.
