My friend told me that He really doesn't want to lose me and that i'm ALL he has right now.

Is that a good thing?

It's a bit hard to tell, since there is not much to go on in your question. It is nice that your friend feels that way about you, but if they are saying you are ALL they have, that can be a bit intense. It isn't really healthy to depend entirely on one person for our happiness or well-being, and it can feel like quite a responsibility and pressure to the other person. As long as your friend is not clinging to you or having unrealistic expectations of you, then it is probably okay. But if it feels a bit much or too intense, it is okay to take a step back for some space.
