 No thats not cheating - as long as your friend is aware your in a relationship, your boyfriend is ok with it and you dont have ANY feelings for him that are more than friendship then it is perfectly fine.
Men and women are allowed to be friends and see each other one on one, as long as there are no feelings involved then no harm can be done.

 IF your BF knew and was ok with it and you don't lie about anything that went on or feelings that you have then in my book it's not cheating.
MY personal rules state that *anything* you can't won't or don't tell your partner (in advance) is cheating.
