 to be honest, men feel guilty! but their guilty feeling doesnt last too long. They feel guilty for sleeping with girls knowing they will never talk to them again, so therefore they stay for either a few hours or overnight. If it was your first time then im sorry not all men are like that. If it was just a once off thing then i would say get over him and learn from this because men dont respect women who sleep around.
