Last nights i masturbated but i get to the point where my eyes roll back and i start getting the guilt feeling. Is it bad to masturbate how can i get rid of that feeling?

")good luck, and God bless,~sarsar~

The Bible speaks of temptation of lust causing sin, but the only person involved is you. You are not affecting anyone else in anyway. I personally don't find the want or need to partake - perhaps if you feel so guilty you should pray about it?Then either - 1. God will give you answers, or2. You will form a stronger relationship with God, which will get rid of these urges?I guess it's up to your own opinion on the subject. When asked about sex, my minister once said..."Don't touch what you don't have"... you have it...

It all depends if you embrace those Christian values you have been raised with. If you do, then you 'll believe that masturbation is bad and, rather than getting rid of the sense of guilt, to be coherent you should get rid of masturbation !
If you respect those values but don't embrace them, as something you have been taught but now they are not promoting your physical, psychological and spiritual well-being- simple - take the scientific approach. Read about masturbation , or search on line, and you'll see that the scientific and medical community agrees it's a normal, natural , healthy response to a biological urge. And that
studies shows that an overwhelming majority of people masturbates regularly, so it's not something weird or quirky that only you want to do !
