She probably sees herself as the 'good neighbour' by helping out her friend when she's away, this doesn't mean she wants to have sex with you! If you approached her in this way you would run the risk of her running a mile, never speaking to you again and telling your wife all about what you said to her.
If you'd like a divorce this would be a good way of achieving one.
