All things goes, I'd say it's pretty mild, HOWEVER, how does it make YOU feel? Does it DO anything for you?
If not, well... I'd say OK I'm OK with it during sex, but otherwise it's just not MY thing. And you might also tell him that it seems his focus on your boobs NOT you.
JUST because HE likes it, doesn't mean you HAVE to do it.
