There is a reason that Buffy The Vampire Slayer used demons and other nasties as a euphemism for it.
High-School is only fun if you fit into a very narrow set of ideals (ie. you put out or are attractive) and woe betide anyone who exists outside, or is even slightly different from anyone on THE HILLS or GOSSIP GIRL.

reader, anonymous, writes (22 January 2010): Frankly, it was just another four years to me, except for the fact that I got to play some pretty competitive sports. Of course, you'll get your license and probably have a bit more freedom, but not really that much. Personally, college was far more liberating than high school.

 High school is whatever you make of it To be honest is a life changing experience is the time when you will really grow up find true friends maybe get your first heart break High school is all about drama and change every year you will find yourself a little different High school is full of up's and down's but still great They will be the best years of your life And I know I didn't believe people at first when they use to tell me that but now that I'm in college I look back and is true those were great years You won't believe how much can go on in 4 years!!  In my own past experience with high school, it really depends on what kind of people you, your friends, future love interests, and your teachers are/will be. If you love life and make the most of it in high school and your friends share the same attitude, you will have a great time in high school. You'll make many awesome memories and your teachers might actually give a shit about you. If you go into high school with a bad attitude and don't give a crap about anything (even your classes), I can assure you, you will regret it every day after you reach graduation.I know I do.Honestly, just try and make the most of your high school career because you will never, ever get those years back. Whereas with college, you can pretty much go back anytime you want.

reader, anonymous, writes (22 January 2010): High school was another three years of school to me, only with more drop-outs, not only the skanky girls got pregnant, guys have zits and bad hair, and the snobby people are just as snobby. Same old but taller I guess. And people start having sex.
