I really need some help, i am 16. One of my friends set me up with a guy, we got on really well, and when we said goodbye he kissed me, then sent me a txt asking me out, appogising for not asking me out in person. We talked on msn, and he was all like when can i see you again?. Then i arranged to meet up, and so we were going to, and then 2 days later he sed tht he was busy with his family, so couldn't go. Also after talking to him on msn aftr the first time, he didn't really seem 2 b tryin to have a decent convo, answer with just "lol" and "haha" to things. My friend did say that he does do alot of things with his family, but i dont know weather he is trying to give me the cold shoulder, and i havn't know him that long to b confident enough and ask him. Also i know that about five days b4 goin out with me his gf broke up with him, and he was really distraught about it. I dnt know weather he is just not over his last gf, and i'm just his rebound, he is sooo confusing!! plz help

A female reader, Charlotte xx United Kingdom +, writes (8 January 2009):

i think that maybe he may have been going out with his family but if he is ignoring him then maybe he isn't worth it and it soundsto me because he only just split up with his girlfriend he may not be complely over her.

but the best thing you could do is ask him.

good luck
