 The fact that you have to ask this question makes me think that you have serious doubts about him and his lotalty to you. I understand you love him a lot, we can't help who we fall for but you have to respect yourself and sort this out.
Speak to him about it, never rely on rumours, you never know where or how they got started. There's nothing else for it, you have to talk to him.
Hope you're suspicions are wrong but good luck with whatever happens. xxx
