However he is much older than me, he is 23 and will be 24 this summer and I just turned 18. I don't have much experience with guys and I don't know if I am really getting signs from him or if I am just looking into it too much. He is always super friendly with me and I see his eyes shoot directly towards me as soon as I walk into the gym. I always catch him staring at me and he is always joking around with me in a flirty way. I also noticed that since my 18th birthday he is always touching me.. Not in a creepy way, just like putting his hand on mine when he holds me something or holding my hips or arms to explain something while we work out. I don't want to sit around and wait for him to make a move, but I also don't want to make the first move if there is nothing there and ruin our friendship. So I guess I am asking if our age difference is too much, if you think he could also have feelings for me, and what I should do about it.

A) 18 or over and a legal adult and
B) Over the age of consent, then
Yes, I would let yourself mature a bit.
