writes:I've been with my partner for 2 years now. We lived together but he had to move back to another part of the country. I followed as he said we would get a place together. He has now said he can't move in until his children (living with his ex-wife) have settled in their new home quite a way away from where he lives. Question is, is he likely to leave me to be with his children? We argue most of the time now. Please help?

People who do not understand it - they are traveling in life.
For them Life is a journey and they sail looking for a haven.
Sounds like you have different sense of it than your partner.
You ask: "is he likely to leave me to be with his children?"
Instead you should ask: "Where is my Home and where is his?"
