writes:I have two children with a guy i was with for 8 years we broke up in january. 3 months later a friend of mine hooked me and his friend up we started dating and have been together for about 2 months. he doesnt lie to me or hide anything but he never really calls me or texts me back that often. He tells me i can call or text him when i want but i don't wanna seem needy. He tells me he loves me and he has a child of his own. He knows that im looking for a committed relationship. But so far i dont know what to do. He will only call or text me the same day he wants to see me. We have never really argued either and we are good when were together but other then that we barely ever talk. I dont know what to think or do and i know he isnt with anyone else. Please help me

 If he only calls you the same day he wants to see you, then he is surely lukewarm and not into more than a casual relationship.

 Being needy is OK sometimes. Can you talk to him about this? Personally, I'd feel offended if he didn't get back to me repeatedly like that. Do you feel offended?
