And I wouldn't worry about looking like you're chasing him; he's already suggested the two of you go out when you leave work, so why not get the ball rolling and drop him a text to organise? A casual "hey, are we still good to meet up when I'm done with work?" will do, then take it from there. Chances are he's wondering about *your* feelings in *his* regard, and trying to think of a way to bring up the idea again of seeing each other... contacting him first would be doing him a favour! So no more fretting, pick up your phone - and I hope it all works out for you :) Good luck and take care x

 Hey. Well if he said that he likes you and likes the way you look then i personally think he might fancy you abit. if you were talking on the phone for hours this is good sign that you both have alot in common which is excellent relotionship wise.
Don't text him 247 but maybe just while he is on holiday send him about one text every two days just asking how are hows your holiday going and if he replys have a little convorsation with him.
When he gets back off holiday maybe ask him on a date ? you can tell alot from a person when you sit down properly and have a good chat. I would go for it you don't have anything to lose x
