So I just recently started dating this guy and weve been together for about 2 months but ive been really good friend s with him for about 3 years before this. anyways im 21 and hes 18, i ont really know if that makes a difference but anyways im kind of worried about our relationship in many ways. Hes changed a lot as time has progressed. He used to pay for everything and now he wont pay for shit and like he didnt even get me anything for christmas? i mean either did i but i dont know i just though it was weird. he doesnt act any differently towards me he still treats me good and stuff but do u think maybe hes just getting comfortable and doesnt have to try anymore? I feel like im loosing him by the minute but im thinkin maybe im just over analyzing this and being insecure?

petina1 agony auntYou sound like you both are in a rut, you need something else in your life to work towards to take you to another level. Try to think of ways to spice your life up. Don't worry too much, it can be quite normal in relationships. It can also mean you are comfortable with each other as well because you know each other a bit more. I've been with my partner for many years and every so often I have an idea to make us look forward to things, like a night out with friends, or a night at the dogs, a trip out somewhere, something , anything that takes you away from the norm. You are going to have to think of something if you can imagine him being in your life for years.
