writes: i recently met a guy who is in my department at school when a bunch of us were out at a pub. we hit it off immediatley and spent the entire night talking, he kept rubbing my arm while we were talking too, and at the end of the night he asked for my number, gave me a hug and kissed me. i ran into him a couple of days later and we had a nice chat, but we both had to get to class, so we didn't talk long. two days later we ran into each other at the pub again and talked a bunch, he was asking me a lot of questions about my life, etc and it did come out that i'm several years older than him. Since then I haven't seen him around and he's never called/texted me. He seemed to be flirting with me everytime I've seen him, but I just don't know anymore. It's beginning to look like he's not interested and that the kiss the first night was alcohol induced. Did I miss-read his signals or something? Thanks!

hey hun, well from wat i can gather he is interested in you and wants to get to know you more - maybe the age gap is making him feel a little awkward about contacting you? maybe he doesnt know wat to say? if you work in the same place, why not approach him yourself and suggest going for a drink or dinner at the weekend?
