 yes, blushing and looking away quick when u notice him cheacking you out, and pokeing you (thus acting like a silly little kid, but still makeing body contact) are all signs he's flirting with you. so ask him to hang out sometime! he sounds like hes shy :0) have fun!

 Does he make alot of eye contact?? Is he 'close' to you when you are together, I mean does he invade your personal space alot? Does he 'check you out'? Not talking could be because he is shy....
