I like men who have really attractive hands, although it isn't a requirement that they do....it is just an appreciation. And as a woman who has prettier feet than most, I can appreciate your attraction to those as well....so normal isn't the issue is it? If feet is the ONLY thing that get's you excited then it is a strong fetish, but even then if that fetish doesn't interfere with your quality of life, then no problem....what ever floats yer boat, mate.

 Interesting question. In my opinion, an interest in looking at a woman's feet is quite normal. In my life, there was no apparent proclivity for admiring pretty feet until my older years (now about 60). But I think that the current trend for women of all ages in America to pedicure and adorn their lower digits must indicate some kind of attraction factor.
Although it is difficult for me to associate pretty female feet as avert sexual stimulation, it certainly adds to a girl's allure. It simply adds to overall attraction if a woman maintains beauty to the tip of her toes.
Now, I've heard about those with a "foot fettish" but I'm not sure what that really means.
