I am In Love with a girl in about 3 years.

I've tried to tell her my feelings but she refused. Few mouths ago, another boys is crushing on her, and it looks like giving up is my only choice, what should I Do?

Learn a lesson: you shouldn't tell someone your feelings until you are pretty sure they feel the same way. Play things cool. Instead of saying "I really like you" in hopes that it'll make her like you back, just ask her out to an event, like a dance, party, bowling, or whatever else kids your age do where you live.

If you tell them your feelings before they share them, you risk scaring them off. If you spend time enjoying each other's company, then she can develop feelings.
