I will speak in clinical and educated terms. I have medical-training.

I ignored this post. It's the last post I bothered to respond to. What you see in pornography is women urinating; they don't have to ejaculate. Men ejaculate to force seminal fluid up into the womb during intercourse. Some have more force than others. We have a prostate that creates the seminal fluid, women don't. At maximum volume, it's about 2 to 5ml. The maximum load is accumulated, if you abstain from sex. Less when you masturbate, or have had sex several times ending in ejaculation. Women have no natural purpose to ejaculate; that term is misused, and the internet loves to perpetuate myth, lies, and disinformation. Phony websites posing as clinical sites misinform the public.

You see fluid gushing out that was squirted-in with a douche. Either the actress will just urinate with male ejaculate mixed with it; or she contracts her vaginal-walls to squeeze out the douche. Like the trick in the side-shows, popping-out ping-pong balls! It's like doing kegel exercise!

Women naturally lubricate; and some exude a fair amount of viscus-fluid that is visibly runny. It does not gush and squirt like male-ejaculate. Two women have told you it is a myth; and now I'm telling you it is. You could have Googled it. There are a lot of anecdotes given here; possibly messing with you. The reason you haven't seen it anywhere but porn, is because it ain't real! It's fantasy!

A male reader, anonymous, writes (19 August 2020):

It is not a myth. There are numerous articles written on the subject but I can attest, first hand (no pun intended) females due indeed ejaculate. My wife sometimes forces it and it tends to be more urine than anything but when she is very much in the mood the liquid will be clear and very sweet. I believe the Romans called it the “Nectar of the Gods”. It sure tastes like it.

Definitely a myth. We don't ejaculate. Women only get wet or moist from being turned on.
