About the condoms, it is a normal problem for most guys which will go away when you are more familiar and comfortable with using condoms. I would recommend getting a few when you are on your own and practice putting them on. With practice you can get it out of the wrapper, and on your penis with one hand and within moments. But remember it is important to make sure there is not any air trapped at the tip of your condom as this can increase the chances of it splitting. Sex can be fun, dealing with a potentially pregnant girl isn't.

 Welcome to your teenage year mate, it's normal to be horny all the time. It won't stop until you're 25, from what I was told. (True for me so far)
Had problem with the condoms too at first, you can always ask your partner to play with "it" to make it hard again. Or just do oral sex.
