Last night I had sex and didn't use a condom, could I still be pregnant even though I haven't been having proper periods for over a year? and what's the chances of me being pregnant?

Irregular periods could mean that you aren't ovulating. It's "hard" to get pregnant when you aren't ovulating. Your egg must be released and his sperm must meet with the egg. I'd say your chances are pretty low but if you really want to ease your mind, I suggest Plan B.

If I could get knocked up after being off the pill for 2 months I'm pretty sure your chances are just as high. Please use a condom, if you don't get your period within the shortest cycle you've had I would take a pregnancy test (that's how I found out!)

By now any birth control you were taking is out of your system. This means that assuming your uterus works normally, then you are at risk for getting pregnant.
Go see your doctor and make sure you are perfectly healthy down there. They can also run a pregnancy test, but you might have to wait a week or two for any test to be its most effective.
Condoms condoms condoms!
