Im too nice, i never say no to people, as a result of this people use me.I have no self confidence and i really wish i did because it gets me down a hell of a lot!Throughout my highschool years most of my friends have had boyfriends, apart from me and when i do meet boys, i find it hard to start a conversation because im so shy and my confidence is so low.Any advice on how i could solve all these problems?

These are not problems at all - it is just the way you are. Not everyone can be the socialite. You are not in any way defective but if you seek to change certain things about yourself, then by all means.
Competence = confidence. One of the best things you can do is find some kind of organization or club where people having interests similar to your own meet. There you will have something to talk to someone about and it takes little more than a few key strokes to find somewhere where people of like interest meet.
