 You can only get pregnant if his semen goes in your vagina. That means you both have to have your genitalia uncovered and he needs ejaculate in or around your vagina. No you can't get pregnant touching or kissing. You can't get pregnant touching his penis or him touching your vagina. You can't get pregnant from oral sex. You won't get pregnant from actual sex if you use protection. I'd recommend looking around the planned parenthood website. They have some good things to say.

 You get pregnant when his penis touches your vulva/goes in the vagina. To be blunt. Please read up on this as Auntie E said. There is much you NEED to learn, but I won't list it all up here.

 No you can not get pregnant by doing this activity specifically. His sperm has to meet an egg inside your body for this to happen. My concern is that what you are doing is going to lead to sexual intercourse that is penis in vagina. You also need some education on how pregnancy occurs. Please get yourself to Planned Parenthood ASAP for birth control and some sex education. You are obviously worried about getting pregnant and you should be. Remember - birth control first - intercourse second. Not the other way around. You can find a Planned Parenthood clinic near you on line. Please go.
