Would you be interested?"He's not from an alien civilisation; he's just a normal kid, same as you, so you don't need any special tactic to ask him out.If he turns you down, so what? It means that he wasn't interested in going out with you right now. Or it could mean that he's not available that day. Or it could mean that he might like to go out some other time.
