I hope your answer is no and i don't know any woman who would base her feelings or relationship with a man on his size.  I think there are herbal remedies that can increase penis size a little, but to make a really noticeable change you'd need surgery. Tbh, if you can please a girl in other ways (with your fingers/tongue) and she loves you then she's probably not gonna care. The average penis size is about 5" I think so there are probably plenty of guys that are the same size as you. If a girl just laughs at your penis then she's insensitive and immature. It is true some girls might not get a lot of satisfaction from it, but like I said, if you can please her in other ways then it probably won't bother her =]
