It's hardly a problem under these circumstances. If you last too long during a hand job, she doesn't get more pleasure, she gets a sore arm. Same with a bj, if you get there. If you guys keep doing these things, you'll become more accustomed to it and you'll naturally last longer.  This is absolutely common for somebody in your position. All guys go through this. It has nothing to do with your muscles in your penis like peeing, it's all psychological. You're just really turned on by your girlfriend and what she is doing to you. Most girls take it as a compliment. This will just take some time of getting used to eachother and the idea of sex.
You'll be fine, just give it time. The more she does it, the more you'll adjust.
