Sam developed feelings for me and we are seeing each other. i went over to a friends house a few days ago and Jacob was there. He started doing things like laying on top of me and caressed my arms and trying to get close, and i didnt feel confortable with this. after awhile i asked him why he did this and he said "this is my way of getting even with him". later he told me that Sam had unintentionally flrited with the girl he liked and he was very jealous about it (Sam didnt know Jacob had liked this girl) and he just felt better about it all after he did what he did to me... Sam knows what happened and he is a bit mad. what does this mean? what should i do?

ewww and yech. Jacob sounds slimy to me, and is Sam is flirting elsewhere I wouldn't be too sure about him either.

It sounds like Jacob was being very unfair on Sam and just using you as a means of getting back at him. Have you told Sam whats happened, because although their really close, Jacob shouldnt have been using you like that hun.

Jacob has behaved very badly, and used you to get back at Sam (for doing something he didn't intentionally even do).
That is a simple issue. Sam is right to be mad. You should be, too. I would be. How dare he do those things to you, just to pay someone back?
A slightly more complicated issue is why Sam was flirting when he's supposed to be with you. I would forget about Jacob and concentrate on keeping Sam where he should be ...

It sounds like Sam has been flirting with the girl that Jacob likes and Jacob has felt like he's 'got his own back', a warning to Sam to keep off his interest. They are playing games. You don't see what they are doing when they aren't with you. I'd take it as a warning and keep your eye on Sam.
