One that always worked for me is for the girl to lie on her back, on the edge of the bed, with her legs crossed and up in the air, leaning on his shoulders as the guy stands and penetrates. He grabs her hands and goes to work.
Another idea is to try new locations. Attack him whenever the urge takes you, in the kitchen, the backyard, or anywhere you can pull the car over for a while.

Third on the list of favs here is doggy. Depending on his penis, some just hurt you, others feel good. If it hurts, try to lower your back and lay your head closer to the pillow and your butt further up. Doggy is a good position for a man to go in deep, which is why it might cause discomfort.
