Over the past two years I have tried to get close to him but he doesn't get any of the hints I drop. We are now good friends but nothing more than that. I want to pursue an intimate relationship with him- What should I do to make this happen? How should I let him know how I really feel about him?

He might not be and therefore is keeping it at a freindship level?I would suggest for you to find another job if it is becoming too unbearable for you. Don't confront him about your feelings though, cause it seems he is not interested in you sexually. You will only put yourself and your boss in a difficult position by opening up to him, it can be quite embarassing too.. so don't, just find something else and try forget him...you can do it!cheers

Since he has ignored you subtle messages I'd say he does not want to pursue a relationship with you and he is doing his best to remain friendly with you as he really admires you as a good employee. If you declare your love for him you may lose your job as you would not want to work there if you are rebuffed or if he found you awkward to deal with at work.
