Firstly darling, you got it again because he didn't get treated. So he is reinfecting you, especially if he has a foreskin. I would suggest you tell your doctor to give you the cream so he can use it for 7 days every night before bed.
Secondly, you should never be this desperate for any guy. A guy can cheat on you even if you are giving him whatever way he likes it. You need to have more sense of self-value. I wonder if you even get to climax at all with your boyfriend or you are only giving him pleasure.
