writes:Hi to all, I am not sure whether I am at the right place. I have this big problem. Me and my gf of 20 months are expecting a baby this days. We got in 2 arguments lately. She chat with her ex behind my back and she knew that I don't like that at all. Now its been 3 days and she don't answer my calls, and today its worse, it seems she turned her phone off. I don't get enough sleep right now. What worries me to death is what if she is going to give me no access to my child? I don't care whether she is going back to her ex but it's my baby. What must I do? Is it possible to get access to your child as the father? Please, I need plenty of advice and anything you can give me. thank you

If you're worried in any way that you will not get access to your child, then you must speak to a solicitor. As a father, you are allowed access, but it's important that you get the advice of someone who knows the law.
