The only solution I can think of is to buy bigger pants! Wear
thicker boyshort underwear underneath. Wear skirts, as Emilyanswers suggests..

As far as I knew it meant you were wearing incredibly tight trousers / pants and you could see the shape of your bits through it.
If that's your problem then the solution is to buy bigger trousers / wear a skirt.
