writes:well i have liked this guy for a while now when i began to like him he didnt want anything to happen between us we didnt really know eachother that well then but now we are so much closer i dont want to tell him i like him incase he doesn't feel the same and our friendship changes. my friends are certain he likes me because we flirt quite alot. likle he'll joke around and kiss my neck, little cuddles and just commplament me i think it's just his way of being nice am not really reading to much into it because i dont want to be dissappointed. also if i tell him that i like another guy he gets really protective and tell me all the time how he doesn't want any guy to hurt me is he interested or just flirting? what should i do? x

reader, anonymous, writes (25 July 2007): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionThanks fora ll the advice and help things didnt really work out the way i excpeted he got really close with my family came around to mine every weekend loads of people thouhgt we were together but then he slept with my best mate even thouhgt i shared everyting about my feels for him with her we dont talk anymore me and my best mate. he sometimes makes the effort to be mates with me again but i dont think i will ever trust him again or my best mate
just thouhgt i would let you know how things worked out you were rite as if i dnt tell him he wouldnt of eventually understood how him and my mate hurt me and felt guilty which i feel he should have as i was hurting for a while finally over it i can write this without getting upset :) x

 i think you should confront him tell him how you feel.i understand you worryin bout it makeing things awkward but its a risk you should take. it sounds like he does like you, and if he doesnt then it'll b weird for a while but it will go bak to normal.
