My GF wants me to do it inside but I never do. I'm too paranoid. is this normal? my cousin fathered a baby at 14 and I dont want any part of that.

No shame in paranoia. Better safe than sorry, as they say. Why not escort your young lady to Planned Parenthood and talk to them about additional birth control? She can get onto the Pill or IUD, you could also consider using spermicide in addition to the condom. What is better than one form of birth control? TWO!! The only exception to this rule is using two condom, which is NOT more effective, in fact the friction between the two condoms makes it more likely for the condom to break. So don't try that theory.
But, being extra careful is never a bad idea when it comes to sex. Good luck and stay safe!

If you are having regular sex get your girlfriend to go on the pill or the implant to make sure you are extra safe from unwanted pregnancys.
It is safe for you to ejaculate in the condom but if you want to explain to your girlfriend that you don't want to and give her the reasons why.

Condoms are effective over 99% of the time! Why don't you ask your girlfriend to go on a form of female birth control so that you are not as paranoid? Then you are double protected. If you put the condom on correctly then you should be fine! X
