PS: You need about 1,500 calories everyday, eat more and you put on weight. Water fills you up and fruit is good. Moving the body (hate exercise) makes the calories drop off... 2 lb's weight loss per week is good, any more and it probably won't stay off... try doing a little more this week, and eating a little more healthier... come back and tell us how your getting on in a months time.

One other thing, you are small, that makes the weight look more than it really is.. your 14, you might grow a bit, and some of that is baby puppy fat and it will start to drop off in a couple of years..
But we still got to get slim and healthy for life.. :)

You got asthma, me too... so take your blue inhaler before you start moving.. walking and swimming is the best excersise, cause you don't have to force yourself too much and you can hold on to the sides.

Hi anon, me and another aunt have a "get the fat and throw it in the bin" club going.... we'd love for you to join us. First though, you got to dump the idea of getting slim quickly. All things that are valuable need patience and hard work. Secondly, you got to forget about dieting or starving yourself or pushing yourself to hard. I'm president of "dump the fat", and I'm lazy, so we aint gonna force ourselves.
Instead we is going to get sexy and slim for life. Coke and fizzy drinks have to go, so does cakes, chocolates and crisps. No fried food allowed, and you got to move your body as much as you can. That dosen't mean gymn or running, you can walk, you can dance in front of the television, you can rush arround the house, cleaning windows and making everything nice..
Nice and easy does it.. lots of water, as much fruit and vegetables as you like, dancing, skipping, standing on your head.. dump the "bad foods" and move the body instead..
Please register with the site, so we can support each other.. I got 3 stones to loose, not sure what that is in pounds..
Good luck, ignore what people say, we is loosing the extra fat for ourselves... :)

reader, anonymous, writes (16 July 2010): You could go Stonemasons and become a vegan, but while Stonemason thinks it's not suffering it takes a lot of research and is a very fine balancing act to remain healthy being a vegan. Even then it goes against the natural order of things, we humans are omnivores we are designed to eat meat and animal products which means they contain nutrients that are vital to our bodies. Nutrients that are not contained in plants, animal hormones, essential proteins and fats.
Vegan is a lifestyle choice and while I accept people are against eating animal products, to quote it as a healthy diet is ridiculous there is plenty of scientific evidence to suggest it is not, if it were then you wouldn't have to supplement it with artificial nutrients.
A vegan diet is too draconian, it means giving up food that we enjoy eating when all you have to do is balance your diet, exercise and count calories instead.
Go to your doctor and ask them to outline exercise that you can do given your medical conditions. Swimming is an alternative to running and actually resistance training in the form of weights or machine work is better at burning off fat. Again go to your doctor, they will be able to help you start a proper balanced diet and exercise to help you lose weight. Ask them to refer you to a nutritionist who will calculate your BMR, your % body fat and will help you work out a plan to cut the amount of trans fats and calories in your diet.
"ive tried so many times saying ima lose the weight but i just cant" You need to get rid of this attitude, stop saying and just do it. It is easy as hell, you just have to start and not stop. I was obese for a good while and it didn't bother me, but as soon as it did start to bother me I got rid of it. It really is easy, you know why because it's a choice, if you choose to lose weight, set your mind to it and do what's necessary without faltering then you will. People don't get how I can say that or it may be easy for me or they're not as strong willed as me etc. that's a load of crap.
It's got to do with logic, you're fat? lose weight, you know how to, you have all the motivation you need to the only thing stopping you is you.
You're caught in the same trap as a lot of people with your problem, you want a quick and easy solution, you want to get rid of it all right now and because that's not possible you get down about it. Again you have to see the logic behind it, how long have you felt this and how long have you wanted a quick fix? I suspect a while and you know what, if you had been eating a regular diet and exercising for all the time you've felt that way instead cutting yourself and being depressed then you'd be the weight you want to be by now, do you see where I'm coming from? Start now.
Please don't take what I'm saying as a negative reflection on you, please don't take what I've said and become depressed that you haven't been able to do it so far or that you're a failure or something like that. You're not, you can lose weight, it takes patience, dedication and it doesn't happen quickly you just need to learn to make realistic small goals and give yourself a pat on the back when you achieve each one, make these tiny goals a form of motivation and self inspiration, make each one a big deal and feel some pride in accomplishing them. Make your first goal, to go to the doctor when you leave their office with the information you need to smile because you've just taken the first step in creating a new body for yourself, the next goal is to go one week eating properly and exercising at the end of that week. Keep setting yourself these goals and take it step by step. Get rid of this mentality that you want to be thin in time for going back to school, don't set a time frame on it, this is long term lifestyle change and it doesn't happen over night.
Be happy, be proud and never give up or let anyone else get you down.

Learn how to cook for yourself because others will cook you the food they want to. You have to learn to make your food decisions for yourself. Do you like vegetables, fruit, and cereals?A vegan diet is a way to lose weight without suffering: a vegan diet means "no animal food." No butter, no milk, no meat, no fish, no poultry. Supplement what you eat by taking Vitamin B12 and other B vitamins. Make sure you do this.A vegan diet is not a "diet". You don't suffer (as long as you like vegetables and fruit.). One more thing: give up eating processed sugar and bread. Occasionally bread won't hurt, but it will fatten you up. So will processed sugar. Lay off too much rice, wheat, quino, couscous, etc. Stop going to restaurants.I lost 20 pounds--totally without suffering. I've lost 1 pound every two weeks.

No one in their right minds should making comments about you, unless they are perfect in every way themselves. You could also be adding to your weight gain by stressing out about what people think and say. I like the saying "I maybe fat but I can lose weight, you are stupid, let's see you lose that". If you commit suicide, you will never know what you could have looked like 5 years from know. When you cut yourself it does nothing but leave scares, it does not help you to lose weight...So why do it?Funny thing is, I am trying to lose weight by August too, my birthday present to myself. First thing you must do is, love the inner you. I am sure you are a great person inside, so let people see that. Change the way you eat. When you are stressed out and sad, eat healthy foods like fruit and not chocolate, ice cream, and so on. You don't have to run to get in shape, just walk. Find a hill to add some intensity to your walk. You can be your worst enemy if you keep listening to the negative things people say. The best weapon against an insult is...Smile and say "thank you for your kind words of stupid".
