hj87 agony auntIf you are afraid that you are going to lose your loved ones because of your moods. You should stop snapping at your husband, be nicer, and change your attitude. That should shape things up. Goodluck!

YummyMummy agony auntCongratulations on the baby sweetheart. I'm sorry to hear you are having such a tough time.

Being a mummy to be this is an issue I may be facing soon to. I have gotten quite depressed at points during my pregnancy and am on medication to help me. I feel like no one understands me too! Even though there are millions if not billions of pregnant women around the world no one understands.

People do though. My midwife was great and didn't treat me like just another pregnant woman who is depressed. She took some time to come see me in my own home and chatted through everything I was feeling with me and gave me some contact groups to get involved with. It does help, sometimes.

It won't get easier unless you get help hunni. And people need to stop telling you that. It's one of the last things you want and need to hear. Try talking to your midwife/doctor about it and get some medication and find out about support groups. You don't have to go through this alone!

There will be help there for your partner to so he can support you more in a way that will be helpful :)

I hope this helps :)

I'm here if you want to talk more hunni!

xxxxxxxxxx
