I did see him but there was a friend present and we didn't actually go to where we had planned.I saw him again at the beginning of this week and he asked me out again saying let's "chill" tonight... so I was like yea okay that sounds good etcI then realised I couldn't and I had to get home so I went and told him that and we rearranged for the end of the week. He said he would text me to decide on place etc and in case he isn't free.He didn't text me so now I don't know where I stand. My friends say that he is into me seeing as he has asked me out twice... maybe it is because I had said yes then I said no and we rearranged?? Please shed some light on what he may be thinking now!! guys?!

Text him and say "do you still want to meet up?"
If he doesn't get back to you in a day and then he doesn't take you out on a date then just assume he's not interested and move on.
Sometimes you just have to have the attitude that "you snooze you lose."
If he's worth it then when he finds out you aren't bothered anymore he might put his arse in gear. You could always send a little "guess you aren't interested so this is good bye!" text to speed things up a bit!
Good Luck!! xx

Sometimes guys are just strange!! - Its happened to me twice now - where I have really fallen for a guy & on both occasions they promise to meet up with you & then...NOTHING!! - Why can't they just be straight with you & say they're not interested or already have a girlfriend or whatever?!!
Anyway pet - its only been a week so he may still change his mind!!
