I'm pretty certain you were the one who sent me the private mail, but I will copy my reply just the same, for your benefit and for the benefit of other young ladies who may be experiencing the same issues.
I'll try and ease your mind by telling you that ~ if you're 100% certain that your boyfriend didn't come inside you, then chances are you will not have become pregnant.
Your period will probably come within a few days, having sex has more than likely just messed you up a little inside, but it's nothing to fret about, and the cramps sound very much like period pains.
Do not forget that you can take the morning after pill which prevents pregnancy and can be taken up to ****5 days after intercourse****
You could still go and get yourself a pregnancy test from the chemist tho' ~ to be sure.
He could well have let a little of what they call 'pre cum' inside of you, and even if he did ~ the chances are low becoming pregnant from this. It's always best be on the safe side and get the test done anyway, just to ease your mind.
Let us know how you get on, and you don't need me to tell you ~ next time...use protection, or go on the pill.
This has obviously scared the s**t out of you, so I think you've learnt from this.
Best of luck, and keep in touch, yeah?

No. I think that at 16 your periods aren't regular yet and you can't really pinpoint the exact day it will come. Stressing about it will only delay it further. The cramps are probably menstrual cramps and your period will come in the next day or two. If it hasn't come in a couple weeks, then it's time to worry.
