Did anyone else feel like this when they left? Did anyone else have any really difficult time when they first left and now doing great?? Any advise would be great. Reply to this Question Share |

I'm from the UK as well, and Im leaving school/6thform next year to go to uni, and I cant wait to go, I want to move on and have a new start. But it will be scary, as I probably wont know anyone. It is a scary time, but it can also be exciting as well as you will get to meet new people. Just stay in touch with you mates and have fun, and remember that most people will feel the same, and be very scared/nervous about leaving and moving on.
All the best

I live in the UK and it's horrible leaving school, I did this year in May and it was terrible, I'm not going to lie to you leaving friends and leaving behind the school you've been to for however long is really difficult. It has got better though, I started college just under 3 months ago, and I've made so many new friends and had such a laugh its unbelievable, I never imagined myself to be doing so well I didn't think I'd stick with college getting to know new people but I love it! Now even if you're not going on to do anything after school which would be great, just take as many pictures as you can with youre friends at school, and just enjoy it, look back and see it as a really happy thing, because you've had fun! Keep in touch with your friends because that's the one thing I reget.
