First off: try to be relaxed about this, although I realise it's difficult when you like someone so much. The thing is she either likes you or doesn't and you can't change her feelings one way or another. When you give her the flowers plan to meet her where you can spend some time together talking. I wouldn't kiss her immediately, but if you're lucky she might kiss you as a thank you! Spend some time with her and watch her body language. You will be able to tell if she fancies you or not by the way she acts. If she makes a lot of eye contact and sits close to you then you're on a winner. If she laughs a lot or touches your arm or knee, then she likes you. If you get the right signals then kiss her goodbye when you part. If you're not sure there's no harm in asking: 'Can I kiss you?'. However, if she keeps a distance between you and sits with her arms folded or legs crossed with her toe pointing away from you, or else avoids looking at you and seems distracted by other things, then she's letting you know she's not interested. Hope that helps. Good lick!
