Okay first things first. Tell hber how much of a jerk this guy is. Hold nothing back. It is best to tell her everything than to let her find out on her own and get hurt by it. Now as for your liking her, From personal experience I would just wait if you two are really supposed to be together opportunity presents itself and everything should work out. Wait a little while and if opportunity doesn't present itself open one up yourself.
