 If i can say one thing that gets a womans attention it's confidence...but please don't mistake this with cockiness. Look her in the eye and smile when she looks at you, don't shy away and act like you were never looking. I don't know if you have any classes together... but if you do offer her a pencil or something small when needed and try and strike up a conversation from that. Crack a joke make her laugh if she doesn't laugh don't act like it bothered you. Just brush it off. If she gets a new haircut, compliment her on it. Its not as if she will laugh at you for noticing her... it will brighten her day. When you are sure in yourself it will attract a lot of women. Just don't get big headed.
