writes:Me and my boyfriend have been together 5 years I'm ready to have a child even get married. He's not! He says he can't see his life without me and doesn't wanna be with anybody else but he won't make a move. I wanna have a baby in two years plan ahead you know but he can't give me a maybe or anything. What do I do? I feel like he's holding me back....  Well if theres no chance of him marrying you or having a baby with him then why waste anymore of your time? I would give him an ultimatum. Set a time line. It's your life too. Do what makes you happy. Life is short. You're still young but no sense in wasting your youth on this man any longer if he's not ready to be a husband and father. 5 years is long enough to spend with someone to know if you want to marry her or not. You're right he is holding you back. good luck
