Exercise everyday for about an hour and dont eat fastfood and you will definitely lose weight. Soda is really bad too, its like liquid candy. Im not saying starve yourself, far from it, just make healthy food choices. Instead of mcdonalds drive through, go home and make a sandwich. If you must have fastfood then skip the fries and soda, and only eat it once a week.
As for excersise, have fun, you dont have to go to the gym, play sports or swim, run, do what you like doing.

Ok i think it would be a good idea for you to go and visit your doctor and discuus these issues with them they will be able to give you dietry advice to help you start losing the weight.
Do you have a good relationship with your mum?, if so i think you should talk to her and explain how you are feeling as with you being her daughter i think she will do everything in her power to help you.

all i can surgest is that you try eating healthier and do more exercise. you dont have to do it alone ask a friend or a family member if there do it with you. a friend of mine was like you and she went to weight watchers to her mum and lost half a stone in about 2 weeks hope this helps

well if you want to lose weight you can do the smoothie fruit diet which you only have smoothies and fruit .or you can just pick up a magazine or book and read about diets and the right one for you. hope all goes well xxx
