On to your question. You could indeed be pregnant, and at your age, of course, this can mean problems. Your first step should be to go, today, to the chemist and buy a pregnancy test. Follow the instructions on the packet. If you wait until the first time you pee in the morning, then you can be pretty certain the result is not wrong.
If the result is positive, then you will need to tell your mother, or at the very least, speak at once to a doctor. Do not wait. It won't go away. All you will accomplish by waiting is to narrow down your choices of what to do. Terminations are much safer and easier if they are done quickly.
Best of luck to you.

Both are great answers. Here is a little advice from me. Dont put it in for a second. He could have pre-ejaculated while it was in and then what would you do?Your so young dont ruin your life, if you think your mature enough, have outercourse.

And I really don't think you have been having a "period" for very long at thirteen. Probably not long enough to know what your regular time is supposed to be. And girls your age have menstruation for some time before they actually begin ovulating. Your body is just getting ready for adulthood. It is still a little "confused". But, don't be afraid to talk to your mom. She is probably a pretty smart old gal and can decide if you need to see a doc to get checked out.

You definitely need to tell your mom you have been sexually active regardless of how this turns out because you need to be tested for STD's, and possibly get on some type of birth control if you plan on being sexually active in the future.
Your body is very sensitive, and if you have been stressed out over this for a while, it may have delayed your period.
Let your mom know (I went through the same thing when I was 16), and she will be able to help you out. If she won't, go to http://www.plannedparenthood.org/ and they can give you further help.
