Frequent urination is not a symptom of gallstones. If you have other symptoms like burning or discomfort when you urinate, dark or cloudy urine, or only a little bit of urine comes out when you go, you could have a bladder or urinary tract infection.
If you find you are drinking a lot more fluid than usual and are always thirsty, your doctor should run some standard blood tests to check for high blood sugar. This problem can cause you to crave water and the more water you drink, the more full you feel. It also will cause you to urinate more.
Finally, since you have pcos, there is a possibility that some cysts have grown. Your doctor should consider an ultrasound or imaging study. Larger cysts can take up room in your abdomen and press on the bladder causing problems like frequent urination. Additionally, it could cause you to feel full when eating less.

I don't get my period due to being on the needle, and before that it was about 6-months apart and all over the place.
I've been on the needle since Jan.
my doctor has ran millions of tests trying for figure out what was wrong with me then it turned out to be gallstones(about 4months ago).

Your symptoms could be indicative of many medical conditions. Perhaps your doctor should be running other medical tests?

How long have you been on the needle? Maybe your body is still adjusting to it?

7 Weeks? no that's not true, go out and buy a home pregnancy test. Is your period late? It could be just that you are run down and your immune system is low, it may not mean that you are pregnant, but if I where you I would get yourself tested for STI's as well. Just to be safe.

Yes there is always a chance that you could be pregnant, you mentioned that your ex's mother had all three children while on this so that should be enough proof for you, and if you knew this then it was silly not to use further protection and use condoms, remember condoms are the only thing that will protect you from STI's, so maybe it is worth getting yourself tested for this as well. The only way you are going to find out is make an appointment with your doctor who can do a pregnancy test. Good luck.
